How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 7-9 days for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@maweepet.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

The couriers MaWeePet uses are DHL, YUN express and FEDX depending on your address. However it is their policy to not accept PO Box parcels. Please communicate with Maweepet as it may be possible to use regular Post instead of a courier. Please communicate before ordering. info@maweepet.com
