Please don't worry if you order gets lost, I'll make sure we look after you.
ALL Orders will be sent via Standard shipping which will include shipping tracking numbers. But if you live in a remote location the printer will use the fastest courier to your location. Your order is traveling a long way so please be patient.

Please let me know if you are worried; but especially if your purchase hasn't arrived by 45 days of dispatch, So I can call the courier company to find out what's happening.
Once your order is shipped, I am unable to recall or rush them. I only receive the tracking number just like you. Unfortunately, I can't control the postal delays or customs hold ups.
Made to order 7 days whilst they are printed and made + then add shipping times
All our items start to be made once you order generally 7 - 8 DAYS in PRODUCTION
Then add the shipping time generally around 14 -45 business days.
Items have been arriving mostly within 3 weeks. However, with Covid we have had occasional delay of up 6 weeks The printers selects the fastest route to your your location and country.
If you need a replacement or exchange the second replacement item will be sent via regular standard post. But Still FREE
Cancelation of your order
Once a purchase is made, we will start to create your order to be made especially for you; generally, within 3 hours so we get orders out as fast as we can! After 3 hours I buy the blank boots, send the design to print on them, then they get made with your print on them. We also book couriers. As this comes at a personal cost to me, it is not possible for us to cancel or change your order after 3 hours from the original purchase. as I am unable to ask them to refund me or stop the order. We do not keep stock to enable a switch of style or designs.
If you contact us within the 3 hours - I'm more than happy to issue a full refund, change sizes, change orders, change addresses. You can change anything you like during this time. 😊...but once i order the boots we are locked in.
If you have made a genuine mistake with your order We can discuss a half refund or a store credit

Our sizing on all canvas boots and shoes is just perfect.
The vegan boots are a bit more generous in width! Half sizes in the vegan boots can size down.
Order the size that you usually wear most often. i.e. if your wear 8 most of the time but sometimes a 9 = order the 8
However, see the chart if you aren't sure or send me a message and I can help work it out for you. Directions for measuring your foot- Measure both feet by tracing around your foot then measure the tracing from the tallest toe to the heel. One foot may be bigger than the other so go with the largest foot.
The sizes on the vegan friendly leather a quite generous in width so if you prefer a wide foot choose that style. The lightweight padded canvas boots are a regular width. However, all boots can be easily adjusted for orthotics by loosening the laces or tightening the laces for narrow feet.
If you would like larger sizes or request a design. Just ask me, perhaps I can create a custom size or design size just for you.
You may exchange footwear items for a different size one size up or down. Hassel free just let me know.
Exchanges will not be issued for sizing disputes if more than 2 sizes difference. This is deemed a input error.
We allow a 14 day grace period from the day you receive your order to contact us for a return for sizing issues and refunds for defective or damaged items. I will need a photo of the damage so i can send it to the printers.
Please contact me so we can make arrangements for the items return
In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with the fit or print of their footwear, we will process an exchange for you.
Taxes and other collection charges specific to your country
If you live outside of Australia or the USA it is likely that your parcel will attract customs and import charges from your local customs authority.
These charges are completely outside of my control and depends on your countries tax rules and tax charges for your country on each sale. I am unable to provide any way to calculate the fees before purchase.
I cannot refund items held or returned by customs due to non-payment of your countries import fees.
Location of the Printers
The artist who owns this store lives in Australia, when you order she contacts the company that prints the designs in the USA. The Printers are located in Asia and California USA.
Depending on where you live, how busy they are at the time of order, and the fastest shipping route will define which country they will send your order from. Sometimes this may be Asia, sometimes this might be the USA.
The store owner has no way of predicting or changing which manufacturer the print company will use. The manufacture uses their own discretion once I send the artwork image and the order is submitted for printing. The products are identical and use only the best quality material and standards.
